ADOLESCENT GROUPS

Adolescents are more lonely now than ever before. And group therapy can be a powerful way of making connections and feeling less isolated. As social relationships have added importance in adolescence, group therapy offers an opportunity to work on relationship skills with other group members and develop a support system to deal with all the challenges of adolescent life.
