Totally normal! Most people feel that way at first. You can participate in whatever way feels comfortable, we’ll never put you on the spot. With time, it usually becomes a space you look forward to each week.

Nope. You get to decide what you share and when you share it. We’ll do activities and skills-building that don’t require deep personal disclosure to be helpful.

Each group meets once per week for about 60 minutes. We’ll share your specific group’s schedule before you start.
