What if words aren’t enough to tell your story?
Sometimes feelings are messy, layered, or hard to explain, and talking about them doesn’t always feel like enough. In our work together, I offer a space where you don’t have to find the perfect words to be understood. We can use creativity, storytelling, and body awareness to explore what’s coming up in ways that feel more natural and honest for you. My goal is to help you express parts of yourself that may have been ignored, misunderstood, or pushed aside, and to support you in making sense of your experiences at your own pace. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, curiosity, vulnerability, and imagination included.
